Alison has spent over 20 years working in state art galleries, commencing her career at the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art in Brisbane before moving to Melbourne, where she is currently an Associate Director at the National Gallery of Victoria, leading teams across Governance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Registration. Alison enjoys working with others to articulate vision and implement strategy, and to identify and develop future leaders.
